The photo was put into evidence today at the trial of Smich and Dellen Millard for the first degree murder of Tim Bosma.
Both Smich and Meneses were arrested on May 22, 2013. According to the officer in charge of the surveillance team, Smich yelled repeatedly at his girlfriend, “Don’t tell them anything, Babe.”
Smich and Millard are pleading not guilty. Meneses has never faced charges relating to the murder.

Is it really necessary to have this picture posted here? This article even states “Meneses has never faced charges relating to the murder” so why is the photo even of interest? Leave the poor girl alone. She doesn’t deserve to have her name and picture up on articles around the web.

18 is not a minor. She was not a minor in the photograph.

I think she is relevant, seeing as she wanted to marry him despite knowing he was involved in the crime
