Incinerator paperwork found in Yukon driven by Dellen Millard at time of arrest

Here is the paperwork for the Eliminator incinerator found in a folder of the blue GMC Yukon registered to Millardair and driven by Dellen Millard at the time of his arrest. It was show to the jury today at the trial of Millard and Mark Smich for the murder of Tim Bosma.

The Eliminator was purchased on June 21, 2012. The customer name was given as Shane
