There was a lot of controversy over the Ambition tattoo on the web at the time, its size, whether there was a box around it or not, etc. It’s almost as if the witness is recalling what he read, not what he saw. Could this be where the defence lawyer is going?

It is what it is. Igor Tumanenko told police in May 2013 that the tattoo had a frame around it. When he drew it in court on Feb 4, he drew it with a box around it. None of the lawyers dwelt on the box issue.

I absolutely LOVE your site on this case, thank you for providing such detail as it allows me to follow this trial from afar. Just wanted to point out the Arrest date on the tattoo page of Dellen Millard “The photos taken of Dellen Millard and his tattoos after his arrest on May 10, 2016 for the forcible confinement of Tim Bosma:” is reflecting 2016. Thanks again for such great informative posts!
