The Ides of March is “an enjoyable, if slight, political thriller… (that’s) never quite as clever as it thinks it is, but ace performances from some of Hollywood’s brightest talents, plus some tight plotting, make (it) a nail-biting affair.”
Since I couldn’t agree more with this review from the Mirror’s David Edwards, I’ve decided to forgo writing my own.
And while we’re on the subject of George Clooney and thrillers, I can highly recommend Michael Clayton.
